RV RENTALS
Rental Fees
$1,195 per week, or $185 per day, with a four day minimum
Mileage Fees
1400 free miles per week, or 200 free miles per day. Mileage in excess of free miles is charged at $.49 per mile thereafter. When a reservation is made, an estimate of miles to be traveled will be calculated. The additional mileage fee of $.49 per mile, above the free miles, is due at the time of departure.
Reservation Deposit
The reservation deposit is $250.00. This deposit is payable at the time the reservation is made with Loveall RVs Rentals. This is refundable if Loveall RVs is notified of cancellations 30 days prior to the date of departure. If cancellations are made less than 30 days from the date of departure, the $250 reservation deposit will be forfeited.
Security Deposit
$250. This deposit is due at the time of departure.
Cleaning Fee
Cleaning fee of $50.00 is due at time of departure. Excessive cleaning will result in an additional charge of $50.00 to $100.00 when returned.
Late Fee
$200 per day in addition to the regular fees. Please be prompt when returning the rental unit.
Early Returns
There are no refunds for early returns.
REFUNDS
Upon the return of the unit, it will be inspected by Management. If there is no damage, you will be refunded your deposits within 5 working days.
NO REFUNDS are given at the time the unit is returned
Deposit Refunds
Both the reservation deposit and the security deposit are refundable as long as the unit is returned without damage. When the unit is returned, a rental department staff member will make and initial inspection of the unit, both interior and exterior. An RV technician in our shop will then inspect the unit. If there is no damage, deposits will be refunded within five working days. No refunds are given at the time the unit is returned.
MBA "Choice" Insurance
Before a renter can take possession of the motor home, he/she must...
EITHER:
1. Provide Loveall RVs with a binder or endorsement that extends to Loveall RVs coverage for the vehicle and its dealership from the renter's personal policy. Note: the renter's insurance company or agent must provide a binder or endorsement to Loveall RVs. This binder should also provide comprehensive and collision for the vehicle to value. A certificate of copy of a declarations page, or insurance card is not sufficient. Note: Each authorized driver must provide proof of insurance for the rental.
OR
2. The renter must pay a premium to MBA in order to be added to the dealer's rental insurance policy. The renter must go to the website www.MBAchoice.com and complete all required fields. Confirmation will be immediately e-mailed to the renter and the rental dealer. An additional $10 service fee will be added to the rental charge.
Loveall RVs must see proof of purchase prior to renter's departure. No coverage is provided to the renter by MBA Insurance until they have processed the renter's Addendum and Loveall RVs receives proof back from MBA via e-mail.
